Sheila has worked with Rent WOW!!! for a couple of years now, using our furniture rental services for her projects. Sheila’s company ‘Sheila Singer’s Staging and Design’ has continued to impress the industry with her skills and her creativity. Most Recently, Sheila’s work was showcased on the series: ” Buy Herself” (HGTV Network). She had staged a condo downtown Toronto, and the end result looked like it came staright from the cover page of a magazine! This 2 bedroom condo was sold for $485,000, within a month after being staged, during the slow season for the market!!

Selected furniture is relatively inexpensive, but with clever use of accessories and smart design, this room looks great!

Renting furniture for home staging is relatively small investment in comparison with the return that you receive when your property is sold fast and well over asking price. This property in Leslieville area was staged by our regular client “Staged 2 Sell” using RentWOW!!! furniture. According to Monica Stanciu, the owner and designer of “Staged 2 Sell – ”Your furniture plus our accessories and design WOWed the buyers, who paid a hefty over asking price just to get in.” Asking price: 535,000. Selling price: 629,000.
