TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Lease Agreement shall commence as of delivery date and shall continue on a month to month basis until terminated by either party. The minimum rental charging period is one month. The customer may terminate Lease Agreement at any time by giving a two-day written notice.
Upon execution of the Lease, the customer is required to pay the first month’s rent, delivery, and pick up charges along with all applicable taxes. Payment should be made prior to the delivery. Rent WOW!!! does not require any security deposits.
Rent WOW!!! accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, as well as cash, cheques, or money orders. Payments for the subsequent rental periods will be made by automatic credit card withdrawals. Alternatively, the customer can leave post-dated cheques or arrange for an alternative method of payment prior to the due date.
Payments are due in full on the anniversary of the delivery date. The customer should make such payments without prior notice, demand, or invoice except the occasion when Rent WOW!!! specifically agreed to invoice the customer. The customer is given 5 days of grace period to make a monthly payment. All past due payments are subject to 5% late fees.
In case of the non-payment or other violation of the Agreement made by the customer, Rent WOW!!! has the right to terminate the Lease Agreement, pursue legal actions and repossess furniture without the customer’s consent. The customer will be responsible for all accumulated collection, legal, and any additional fees connected with the process of the repossession.
The customer will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the rent for the month. However, if Lease Agreement is terminated by the customer within 48 hrs of its commencement and prior to the delivery of rented items, the customer can receive a full refund of the paid amount. Rent WOW!!! might refund fully unused weeks during the 3rd month of the rental period. However, this decision will be left to the sole discretion of the Company.
Delivery of the rented furniture can be done by Company’s personnel only. The customer or the customer’s representative should be present at the delivery address. The customer must fully inspect the delivered furniture to make sure that all items are in a good condition. The customer will be required to acknowledge the receipt of the rented items by signing the delivery receipt.
If the customer misses the delivery or pick up date, additional delivery charge will be applied to the customer’s account.
Rent WOW!!! reserves the right to substitute for any items that are either unavailable or do not meet Company’s quality standards with similar items of the same or higher value.
During the rental period, the customer is solely responsible for the rented furniture. All the items should be returned to Rent WOW!!! in the same condition as they were received. In case of breakage, tear, or any other damage incurred by the customer during the rental period, the customer will be required to cover the cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged items.
The rented property shall not be removed from the address it has been delivered to without a Company’s written consent.
Rent WOW!!! has the right to verify the customer’s credit and employment history with a prior customer’s consent.
