Three Ways to Order Furniture from Rent WOW!!!

One of the questions we often receive from new customers is:
“What’s the best way to place an order?”
The answer largely depends on your personal preference and how familiar you are with our inventory.
Many of our long-term customers know our inventory well and are comfortable selecting furniture online. They are familiar with the styles, colours, sizes, and scale of many pieces and can often put together a quote quickly and efficiently.
Customers who are using Rent WOW!!! for the first time may prefer to visit our showroom to see furniture in person, compare options, and get a better sense of colour, scale, and overall condition before making their selections.
At Rent WOW!!!, we offer three ways to place an order: online, in person at our showroom, or over the phone.
When Should I Place My Order?
Customers often ask how far in advance they should submit a quote.
We recommend placing your order approximately one week before the requested delivery date. This typically provides the best balance between furniture availability and inventory planning.
Orders can also be placed with our standard 48-business-hour turnaround time. In many cases, we can accommodate rush requests as well.
The closer the delivery date, however, the more likely it is that certain items may already be committed to other projects, requiring alternative selections.
If you’re working under a tight deadline, don’t hesitate to contact us. While we cannot guarantee every rush request, we always do our best to find a solution.
Option 1: Submit a Quote Online
For most customers, this is the easiest and most popular option.
Our online Quote Cart allows you to:
- Browse our online inventory
- Select the furniture and accessories you’d like to rent
- Assign items to specific rooms
- Select delivery and insurance options
- Submit your quote request directly to our customer service team
After receiving your quote request, we will:
- Check availability
- Review your selections
- Suggest substitute items if necessary
- Prepare your final quote
Most professional home stagers and repeat customers prefer this method because it allows them to quickly select exactly what they need.
Option 2: Visit Our Showroom
Some customers prefer to see furniture in person before making a decision.
A showroom visit can be particularly helpful if:
- You’re using Rent WOW!!! for the first time
- You’re trying to coordinate furniture with existing pieces
- You’re deciding between several styles or colour schemes
- You would like to compare furniture sizes and proportions in person
Many customers bring:
- Room measurements
- Floor plans
- Property photographs
- Pictures of furniture they plan to keep
While this information is not required, it can be helpful when making furniture selections, particularly for more challenging spaces.

Option 3: Order by Phone
For smaller projects and repeat customers, a phone call is often the fastest solution.

Our customer service representatives can often resolve simple requests quickly without requiring a showroom visit or online submission.
What Happens After I Submit My Quote?
Regardless of how you place your order, the process is generally the same.
Once we receive your request, we:
- Check availability
- Suggest substitute items if necessary
- Finalize delivery details
- Prepare the rental agreement
- Arrange payment for the first month’s rent
- Schedule delivery

Some customers enjoy visiting the showroom to see furniture in person before making a decision.
