Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes selected items can be wrong for the space.

You can return up to $100 worth of items without any charge, except oversized art that due to its fragility will incur 15% restocking fee.

Any returns over $100 will be subject to 15% Restocking Fee.

The reason for this charge is greater chance of damage due to extra moves, lost business as items were kept on hold (in many cases up to 1 week), but not rented, and wasted labor of picking, cleaning and multiple loading and unloading.

The remaining amount will be credited to your account and either applied to renewal invoice (or any of your future orders) or refunded in the end of rental term. Please note that we retain 3% credit card processing fee if you originally paid by the credit card.

If the item does not fit in the space, you can order the replacement that will be delivered next day (or the same day if schedule allows). Please note that extra delivery charge will be applied for extra delivery. If you decide not to replace the item, 15% restocking fee will be charged on the amount exceeding $100.

If the items got accidentally damaged during transportation, we would offer you a replacement or refund you the full amount.


Refund of Unused Time

1 month rent is our minimum charge and we do not offer refunds of unused time.

Please note that starting from the 2nd month of rent we have a  monthly and 15 days renewal option available.
