Matters of Delivery

At the heart of our business operations is a commitment to seamless, professional delivery. We constantly refine our logistics to ensure quick turnaround times and a reliable service that you can count on.  
 
Our delivery area extends across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and beyond, covering locations from Peterborough to St. Catharines to Collingwood. Within the City of Toronto and Mississauga, our standard delivery fee is $119 one way. For deliveries outside these areas, the cost varies based on distance. The great news? Every Tuesday and Thursday, we offer GTA Special Delivery Days, when deliveries to Durham, Halton, Peel, and York Regions are also just $119.  
 
Pickup Option 
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? Absolutely! You’re welcome to collect your items from our warehouse, but please ensure you have a vehicle large enough to transport them safely, along with straps and blankets for protection. While self-pickup is a great option for smaller items like accessories or accent tables, we strongly recommend professional delivery for larger pieces. A $119 delivery fee is a small price to pay compared to the risk of costly damage during transport.  
 
Fast & Reliable Service  
We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time, with many deliveries available on the same day. For urgent same-day requests, additional fees may apply. Our trained movers will bring your furniture inside and place it exactly where you need it—without damaging your floors or walls. In the rare case of an accident, such as a scratch on a wall, we take full responsibility and will arrange for a repair contractor within 24-48 hours.  
 
Scheduling Your Delivery or Pickup 
While we can sometimes accommodate same-day requests, our standard turnaround time is 48 hours. To schedule your delivery or pickup, simply give us a call or send an email, and we’ll arrange a time that works for you. Our usual schedule prioritizes deliveries in the morning, with pickups available after 12 PM—though exceptions can always be made.  
 
Need an early delivery? 
We can start as early 7 AM to beat the heavy GTA traffic. However, because traffic can be unpredictable, we provide a 2-3 hour delivery window and will call you when we’re on the way.  
 
 
DOs and DON’Ts of Delivery 
 
✅ DO prepare your space. Have a plan for where your furniture will go—this saves time, money, and hassle.  
 
✅ DO ensure access to your property. In winter, shovel snow to clear a path for our movers—we’re skilled at delivery, not Arctic expeditions!  
 
✅ DO book an elevator in advance (if required). Even for small deliveries, most condos require elevators to be placed on service. Booking ahead prevents delays and potential fines.  
 
❌ DON’T forget about parking restrictions. If parking near your property is limited at certain times, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.  
 
❌ DON’T schedule multiple moving companies at the same time. Our schedule is carefully planned, and we cannot wait indefinitely while other movers finish their work. Delays could result in additional fees.  
 
❌ DON’T underestimate the importance of measurements. Check doorways and hallways to ensure your furniture will fit. If a piece doesn’t fit, we can exchange it, but an extra delivery fee will apply.  
 
❌ DON’T panic! If something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help. There’s always a solution, and our team will work with you to make things right.
